Kinsey Gomez was added to the Marian University women's soccer coaching staff as an assistant coach in February of 2023.

Gomez joins the Sabre women's soccer coaching staff after recently concluding her collegiate playing career at Trinity International University.  She scored three goals with a pair of assists on the season earning her NCCAA Second Team All-Region honors.  Gomez also earned NAIA Scholar-Athlete recognition for her work in the classroom as well.  She finished her Trojan career playing in 27 matches over two seasons with 12 total points.  Prior to TIU, she spent two seasons at Western Texas College starting in all 23 games she appeared in with the Westerners.  Gomez served as a captain for both programs.

During her transition from Western Texas to Trinity International, Gomez suffered season-ending injuries in back-to-back seasons.  In those two seasons, she spent time as a student-assistant coach with the Trojans and a youth soccer coach.  She also volunteered her time as an assistant coach at the high school level and assisted in coaching clinics.

Gomez earned an associate degree in general education from Western Texas.  She then earned a bachelor's degree in sports wellness and master of arts degree in organizational leadership from Trinity International University.  Gomez is also an AFFA certified group fitness instructor.
